We are proud to offer shipping anywhere within the UK Mainland.
We can also offer Ireland and international shipping however this is not automatically available at checkout. Please contact us via our contact us page to discuss Ireland / international shipping costs and time frames. Please also note Ireland and international shipments may incur customs charges which we can not advise on and these are out of our control.
Delivery Times -
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days once ordered and paid for. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 working days in the UK Mainland, depending on Royal Mail delivery.
What happens if I'm not in to accept my delivery?
Our items are shipped via the Royal Mail network, if you are not in when these are delivered, a card should be posted through your letterbox to advise of a failed delivery and give a re-delivery date or a phone number to contact to arrange delivery at your convenience. If the parcel is returned to us after redelivery attempts we will make every effort to get it redelivered, however you are responsible for the cost of the re-delivery. This statement remains the same for the other couriers we use.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame then please contact us via our Contact Us page. Please ensure you let us know as soon as possible if something has not arrived or been lost in transit as we may unable to track/trace items after a long delay.
Cancellation of your order
Cancellation of orders can be requested before 3 pm on the day of purchase, although we can not guarantee the order will be cancelled.
Once your order is dispatched, we can not cancel the order or make any changes (e.g add/remove products or change of address).
If you need to cancel your order once it has already been dispatched then you will need to start a return process, please refer to our returns section.
